Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) gets you around Dallas and connects you to 12 surrounding cities with modern public transit services and customer facilities tailored to make your trip fast, comfortable and economical. More than 220,000 people per day use DART’s extensive network of DART Rail, Trinity Railway Express (TRE) and bus services to avoid traffic headaches.

The light-rail network—DART Rail—consists of the Red, Blue and Green lines, which connect employment centers, medical services and entertainment destinations throughout Carrollton, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Plano, Pleasant Grove and Richardson. The TRE commuter line links downtown Dallas to DFW International Airport and downtown Fort Worth. Free parking is offered at available rail stations. DART also offers carpool and vanpool programs, as well as curb-to-curb transportation for people with disabilities.
