An easy to navigate, stroller & wheelchair accessible path provides visitors with close viewing of animals from a safe distance.

Your Safari begins amidst the chattering of tamarin monkeys & parrots, stop and say G’day to the kangaroo, as you make your way to the elevated walkway to experience a “giraffe’s eye-view” of our African Savannah. Don’t miss the opportunity to feed the giraffe (10:30am daily weather permitting). Feed friendly goats in the petting zoo, see many Lone Star native animals up close, visit with volunteers and keepers staff each weekend to learn more about the zoo’s animal family.
