Where do I get the Attractions Pass?
You can purchase the pass online through the Dallas, Fort Worth and Beyond web site: www.dfwandbeyond.com/save. The passes are also being sold at the following Visitor Centers: Arlington Visitor Center, Dallas Visitor Center located in the Old Red Courthouse in Downtown Dallas, and iFort Worth located in Sundance Square.
Can the Attractions Pass be used at all the attractions?
No. Each pass has its own unique set of attractions and value add components and discounts associated with each particular pass. The Pass is good for one-time general admission to the attractions listed in your specific pass. The Pass does not include admission to special exhibits, although some exhibit discounts may be available through “added value” offers.
How long do I have to use my Attractions Pass?
The pass is valid one year from the date of purchase. Once the pass is activated (by scanning it at a participating location) you have 180 consecutive calendar days to use it.
Where do I start using my Attractions Pass?
You can begin using the Attractions Pass at any attraction listed in your specific pass program.
How many times can I visit?
You may use the pass for other discounts in the region, however, you are limited to one (1) visitation at each participating attraction per pass.
If I am traveling with a friend or family, can we use the same card?
No, each person must have their own Attractions Pass in order to visit participating attractions.
Is the Attractions Pass a good value?
Absolutely! Passholders are saving around 30% and receive additional discounts and incentives at other participating attractions not included in the pass. You will be hard pressed to find a better way to see the Dallas/Fort Worth area for a better price.
How much time should I allot for each attraction?
There is no time limit at the attractions. You can spend an hour or the whole day, depending on your interest and the pass you purchased. Passes give you 180 consecutive calendar days in which to visit the attractions included in your specific attractions pass, but you are limited to one (1) visit to each attraction per pass. Please make sure you check with each attraction since some are closed on specific days and major holidays.
What happens if I lose my Attractions Pass?
Unfortunately the Dallas, Fort Worth & Beyond Attractions Pass is treated like cash and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can I receive a refund on my Attractions Pass if I decide not to use it?
No. The Attractions Pass is non-refundable and all sales are final.
