Civello's Raviolismo
Dallas

Civello’s has been handmaking ravioli in the Dallas area since the 1950s. Their ravioli is now available to the public and they also sell four different gourmet lasagnas, Italian sausage, hand-rolled meatballs, and fresh tomato sauce. The recipes have been handed down from their parents and grandparents and reflect seasonal changes, the freshest local ingredients, and artisinal cooking of Italy, especially the southern regions and Sicily.

Their speciality ravioli is featured in many of Dallas’ finest restaurants. In fact, you have probably eaten their products and not even known it. Now they’re making them available to the public by popular demand.

Their 20-plus specialty ravioli include veal with wine-seasoned mushrooms; lump crab meat tossed with fresh basil, green onions, and roasted garlic; feta cheese with black olives and fresh Italian parsley; nutty pumpkin on striped chili pasta; and roasted chili poblano blended in creamy ricotta.
